By high intensity workout it is meant that you will have to do a series of high intensity workout routines in a burst without having to rest in the middle. Once you have exhausted yourself you are allowed to rest for a short interval and that too you will have to do exercises that are only a low intensity. You are by no means allowed to stop working out. Once you have completed your low intensity workout you are supposed to jump right back to you high intensity workout routine.
The insanity workout’s one session is for about 45 minutes. It starts with 10 minutes of warm up exercise and then escalates to a more high intensity workout routine.
